Natalie de la Guardia
Hello, all the moms! I'm Natalie de la Guardia, a Panamanian athlete and fitness coach, and my passion is transforming lives through functional training. Since I was a child, I learned to live with commitment, perseverance, and discipline, values that have driven me every step of the way.
I've proudly left my mark on the world of sports. Since I was 6 years old, I would wake up at 4:30 a.m. to swim before school and then after school, swimming more than 14,000 meters every day. That tireless routine led me to break national records and win prestigious medals. I tried thousands of gyms and trainers, studied and trained until, finally, I was able to create my own functional training method: Functional BURN.
Functional BURN isn't just a workout program; it's a community of women determined to reach their best. With 65-minute sessions, four times a week, you'll train your body and mind, transforming into a stronger, more powerful version of yourself. Plus, for those days when you're in a hurry, we have 35-minute workouts, perfect for keeping up the pace.
Remember that, in addition to the 4 weekly workouts, I recommend doing your preferred cardio workout twice a week and taking one day off to allow your body time to recover and continue developing.
