1. WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL BURN?
FUNCTIONAL BURN IS A 4-WEEK FUNCTIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGNED TO WORK YOUR ENTIRE BODY WITH A DYNAMIC AND EFFECTIVE APPROACH. IT IS CONDUCTED LIVE THROUGH PRIVATE INSTAGRAM (@FUNCTIONALBURN), AND CLASSES ARE RECORDED SO YOU CAN TRAIN AT YOUR OWN PACE.
2. WHO IS FUNCTIONAL BURN FOR?
THIS PROGRAM IS FOR ALL LEVELS. IF YOU'RE A BEGINNER, I RECOMMEND USING LIGHT OR NO WEIGHTS. THERE ARE ALSO LOW-IMPACT OPTIONS FOR PEOPLE WITH CERTAIN INJURIES OR WHO ARE PREGNANT. IF YOU ALREADY WORK OUT, YOU CAN CHALLENGE YOURSELF WITH ADVANCED VERSIONS OF EACH EXERCISE AND WITH HEAVIER WEIGHTS. THE IMPORTANT THING IS TO BE CONSISTENT AND PROGRESS ACCORDING TO YOUR LEVEL.
3. HOW LONG DOES EACH SESSION LAST?
EACH WORKOUT IS APPROXIMATELY 60 MINUTES AND INCLUDES WARM-UP, FULL BODY WORKOUT AND FINAL STRETCHES.
4. WHAT DO I NEED TO TRAIN?
TO MAKE THE MOST OF THE SESSIONS, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO HAVE:
- RESISTANCE BANDS
- dumbbells
- TRX (OPTIONAL, WITH ALTERNATIVES IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT)
- DUMBELLS ACCORDING TO YOUR LEVEL
5. WHAT IF I'M NEW TO EXERCISE AND I'M HAVING STRUGGLE COMPLETING WORKOUTS?
DON'T WORRY, THIS IS FOR YOU! IT'S COMPLETELY NORMAL THAT YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DO THE ENTIRE WORKOUT AT THE BEGINNING. THE IMPORTANT THING IS TO START AND IMPROVE LITTLE BY LITTLE.
6. SHOULD I DO EXACTLY THE SAME NUMBER OF REPS AS THE COACH?
NO, IF THE COACH DOES 20 REPS, BUT YOU ONLY MANAGE TO DO 15 OR 10, THAT'S FINE! THE IMPORTANT THING IS TO GIVE YOUR BEST IN EVERY SESSION.
7. WHAT DO I DO IF I FEEL FRUSTRATED AT NOT BEING ABLE TO KEEP UP?

CLASSES ARE STREAMED LIVE ON MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS, AND FRIDAYS AT 6:00 AM (PANAMA TIME) ON PRIVATE INSTAGRAM. IF YOU CAN'T JOIN LIVE, THE VIDEOS ARE SAVED FOR YOU TO ATTEND ANYTIME.
10. WILL I SEE RESULTS WITH FUNCTIONAL BURN?
