These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the subscription-based training program offered by Functional Burn LLC (“Functional Burn,” “we,” or “our”), including all training video content and related materials (collectively, the “Service”). By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By registering for and using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms, which are governed by the laws and regulations of the State of Wyoming, USA. Functional Burn reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to be aware of any modifications.
2. Description of the Service
The Service is a subscription-based training program that provides access to exclusive training video content, additional resources, and interactive tools designed to promote a healthy, high-performance lifestyle. Access to the Service is granted through payment of a recurring subscription, in accordance with the plans and prices in effect at the time of purchase.
3. Subscription and Payments
Registration and Account: To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to immediately notify Functional Burn of any unauthorized use.
Payments and Renewals: By subscribing, you authorize Functional Burn to charge recurring amounts for the plan you choose. Payments will be processed using the payment method you selected at the time of registration.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for partial periods.
4. Use of the Service
Limited License: Functional Burn grants you a personal, non-transferable, exclusive license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions on Use: You agree not to:
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or commercially exploit the Service or any portion thereof.
Distribute or transmit the content to third parties without express authorization.
Use reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly techniques to any content or related software.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software, is the exclusive property of Functional Burn or its licensors and is protected by U.S. intellectual property laws and international treaties. Unauthorized use of such content is strictly prohibited. You acknowledge and agree that subscription to the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the content, which is the exclusive use and intellectual property of Functional Burn.

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for your convenience and do not imply endorsement by Functional Burn. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Functional Burn does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Termination
Functional Burn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms or conduct that Functional Burn deems inappropriate. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Service and delete all content obtained.
9. Applicable Law and Conflict Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
10. General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Functional Burn regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements, whether oral or written.
